📌 How to Use This Site

Register to access the full features of the platform. Depending on your role (developer, evaluator, or admin) you will have different access and capabilities. Follow the instructions in each section below to get started with uploading resources, reviewing submissions, or managing the system.

👩‍💻 For Developers

Getting Started:

  1. Register and log in to the system when your account is approved by the admin (use the navigation menu)
  2. Fill out the form with:
    • Document title and type
    • Subject Area (e.g., English, Mathematics, Filipino, and etc.,)
    • School, District, Grade Level, Quarter, Week
    • Choose the file you want to share (all types of files accepted)
  3. Click Upload. Your file will be saved to the team Drive, and its information will appear in the review queue

💡 Tips for Success

  • ✓ Make sure your file is properly named before uploading.
  • ✓ Use descriptive titles and clear descriptions.
  • ✓ Double-check your category selection.
  • ✓ Ensure the file format is appropriate for your resource.

👀 For Evaluators

Your Role:

  1. Register and log in to the system when your account is approved by the admin (use the navigation menu).
  2. View all pending submissions in the files queue.
  3. Review each resource's details.
  4. Provide constructive feedback and comments.
  5. Forward to admin or request revisions from the developer.

📝 Evaluation Tips

  • ✓ Review the resource against the provided criteria.
  • ✓ Provide specific, actionable feedback for improvement.
  • ✓ Be constructive in your comments.
  • ✓ Communicate clearly with both developers and admins.

⚙️ For Administrator

Administrative Functions:

  1. To access the Admin Dashboard for complete system oversight.
  2. Login to the admin dashboard using the navigation menu.
  3. Monitor all uploaded resources and their status.
  4. Manage user permissions and roles.
  5. View submission statistics and progress reports.
  6. Archive or remove inappropriate content.

🔧 Admin Responsibilities

  • ✓ Ensure platform security and data integrity.
  • ✓ Maintain system performance and uptime.
  • ✓ Resolve user issues and provide support.
  • ✓ Generate reports for management review.
